Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If you have ordered something which is unsuitable you can return it within 7 business days of receipt for a full refund.  The items MUST be returned in perfect and unused condition.  Please pack them carefully and enclose your order number and a note of explanation.  Remember that they are your responsibility until we receive them back.  We suggest you use recorded delivery to return items to us.
