About Us
Beadology started it's wonderfully creative journey in 2006 by Amanda Kavanagh, when she needed a party idea for her soon-to-be 5 year old daughter. Something that could be managed at home, something that would keep the children occupied, something that provided the going home gifts and most of all something that didn't make a mess!
After a successful birthday party and then a few more for friends and relatives and Beadology was born. Parents were getting in touch from all over the country, asking for the perfect party to be brought to them, so Amanda created kits that could be posted.
Fast forward to now, and the jewellery making craft kits are flying all around the world - they've been sent to America, Canada, France, Italy, Singapore, Australia - even to Alaska! Now, many shops stock the kits throughout the UK and abroad. Parties and workshops can be tailored to suit your needs and are available throughout the West and South of Cumbria, UK.

Quality Materials
Our kits contain high quality glass, acrylic and metal beads with cute themed charms. All base metals are plated alloys that have been tested and assured to be nickel and lead free.
Unique Designs
All our jewellery making kits are designed and curated by us here in our studio in Cumbria, UK.
Children's kits are UKCA and CE marked.
Creative Learning
Our bracelet kits spark creativity and imagination in the early years and improve children's motor skills and dexterity. Working with different materials teaches children about colour, shape and texture.
Growing Up
Our teen/adult kits expand their jewellery making skills, with our basic guidelines booklet included to create more technical pieces of jewellery such as earrings and necklaces to compliment their bracelets.
